    Juan Ignacio Blanco

    Juan Ignacio, who was born and raised in Mexico, will focus on managing PSE’s business and clients in LATAM, leading the efforts of the organization in the areas of strategic consulting, brand development, Hispanic market activation in the US and digital transformations.

    Juan has been part of the world of global football for more than 20 years, most recently, serving as the International VP & Business Partner at BRC Group based out of Mexico City, consulting and activating soccer properties for fortune 500 companies in the USA and Latin America. Juan was one of the architects of the largest Hispanic soccer program in North America (Alianza de Futbol Hipano part of BRC Group) as well as co-founder of the JUGOtv digital platform. Both properties were sold to Relevent Sports Group in 2017, and to For Soccer Ventures Equity Fund in 2020.

    Juan oversaw BRC’s international business relations, which included government relations working with organizations such as Mexico’s Tourism Board. During his tenure he brokered the deal that brought Cirque du Soleil’s LUZIA show (first and only thematic touring show from Cirque du Soleil inspired in a tourism destination). Juan’s strengths include partnership consulting, business development, brand building (marketing, PR and community relations), content generation (new technologies and distribution), as well as fan engagement and sponsorship consulting.

    Before joining BRC Group as partner, Juan focused on consulting services for at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, as well as an MBA, from UCLA Anderson School of Business and National University of Singapore.

    Brian Bishop

    Brian is a creative and dynamic business development leader with 25+ years of building teams and sales organizations. Serving in various governmental and leadership roles in his home state of Illinois and executive leadership roles with Harte Hanks, Learfield Sports, The Florida Panthers and The University of Miami.

    Throughout his career, Brian has consistently created unique marketing efforts to improve the bottom line and visibility, as well as enriching the communities he has lived and worked in. His work with the Miami Super Bowl Host Committee helped showcase Miami for the 100th Anniversary Season of the NFL and last major global sporting event prior to the pandemic of 2020.

    The Miami Super Bowl generated over $400m in economic impact for South Florida region.Following Super Bowl LIV, Brian joined the David Beckham owned Inter Miami expansion franchise for MLS in Miami. He built a team that was key in securing partnership revenue for the club prior to the pandemic shut down and then working with the executive team of Inter Miami and MLS his team led MLS with the highest revenue retention rate across the league during the Return to MLS and shortened reduced attendance season of 2020.

    A Chicago native and fan of the Super Bowl Shuffle, Brian and his fiancé Mary Jo share time between homes in Chicago and Coral Gables, they have three sons.

    Jean Ml. Jimenez

    Jean Manuel Jimenez joins Pulse after 20 yrs. of experience in brand building and commercial development. He was integral to Inter Miami CF’s expansion journey, playing a key role in establishing its digital content identity and reputation for bold, digital, and broadcast ideations. Jimenez brings a wealth of industry experience, having led content and digital for Concacaf for 6 years prior where he significantly redefined their digital platforms to better connect with the game and fans across the region. He has worked in numerous global tournaments including Copa America, Concacaf Champions League, and Gold Cup.

    The Dominican Republic native comes from a solid commercial and business development background, stemming from years servicing brands across the U.S. Hispanic market and Latin America with Mobile Messaging Solutions (MMS), a mobile marketing agency.

    Jimenez also worked for OZ Sports leading the commercial department, a broadcast and production company that leverages robotics and artificial intelligence. He holds a degree from State University of New York College at Plattsburgh and lives in Miami with his wife and three kids.

    Kieran Cain

    Kieran Cain has 20+ years’ experience leading strategy to drive visitation & revenue growth, brand positioning, and guest experiences for the global leaders in the Sports, Entertainment, Luxury Travel and Ski Resort industries.

    In his most recent role as Senior Vice President, Marketing for Vail Resorts, the world’s leading ski resort management & luxury mountain travel company (NYSE: MTN), he led a team of 200+ staff in 35 locations across North America to deliver guest visitation (15 million visitors pre-COVID), ticket & season pass revenue, lodging occupancy for a 5,000-room hotel property portfolio, revenue for 250+ retail stores, food & beverage revenue for 200+ restaurants, sponsorship revenue with major international brand partners, and achieve total company revenue of $2.3B, by creating the multi-year growth strategy, brand positioning, go-to-market approach, content production, products/packages/pricing, and branded experiences for the world’s most iconic mountain resort destinations.

    Prior to Vail Resorts, Kieran held senior leadership positions in Marketing, Sales, Event Production, Team Services & Fan Experience at Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE), ranked #1 by Forbes as the world’s most valuable sports conglomerate. His notable accomplishments included the complete rebranding of the Colorado Rapids Soccer Club, the launch of the world’s largest professional soccer stadium & fields complex, Dick’s Sporting Goods Park, event production of MLS, NBA, NHL games and major concerts, the successful bid to win the 2007 MLS All-Star Game, and the Denver Host City bid for the 2018/22 FIFA World Cup.

    Kieran also was a key leader for another of the world’s leading sports & entertainment companies, Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG), holders of a broad portfolio of major league teams and venues. There he held leadership positions in Ticket & Season Pass Sales, Fan & Stadium Entertainment, Corporate & Group Sales, Event Production, Community Relations and Non-Profit 501©️3 Charitable Foundation leadership.

    Kieran has experience building data-driven, guest-centric growth, brand and fan engagement strategies that leverage insights to understand guest mindsets and predict behavior, and build the corresponding go-to-market strategies to deliver targeted, personalized and compelling products, content and branded experiences to segmented audiences in order to influence behavior and achieve visitation, brand equity, engagement, guest satisfaction and revenue targets.

    Jurgen Mainka

    Chief Executive Officer and Founding Partner

    Jurgen has been part of the world of global football for more than 23 years, most recently serving as the Chief Business Officer for MLS’s expansion franchise Inter Miami CF.

    During his time with the South Florida club, Jurgen built the stadium and front office operations from the ground up and oversaw all of its business ventures, including brand building (marketing, PR and community relations), content generation (digital, new technologies and broadcasting) as well as revenue generation (sponsorship, data and media right sales).

    Prior to joining Inter Miami, the Mexico City native spent five years with Concacaf, where he served as the Deputy General Secretary and Chief Commercial Officer. During his time with the regional governing body Jurgen helped reshape both the commercial and competition formats for all tournaments and helped the confederation achieve the largest revenue growth in its history. He also served as part of the Executive Committee for the 2016 Copa America Centenario tournament, the largest soccer event in U.S. history after the 1994 FIFA World Cup.

    At the club level, Jurgen’s experience expands over 12 years holding various positions in the commercial, communications and marketing roles for the New York Red Bulls, New England Revolution and the Colorado Rapids.

    He also served in USA’s 2018 and 2022 FIFA World Cup Bid Committee with the U.S. Soccer Federation. Prior to joining the Bid Committee, Jurgen spent 2 years with Octagon Worldwide activating soccer properties for Fortune 500 companies in the Latin America region.

    The trilingual executive, who is fluent in English, Spanish and German, holds a master’s degree in integrated marketing communications from Emerson College and an undergraduate degree in mass communications from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.

    He currently resides in Pinecrest, Florida with his wife and two young daughters.
